Atlanta Cancer Care Foundation (ACCF)

Direct grants for Gwinnett County & 16 Metro Atlanta counties. Covers rent, utilities, transportation, groceries & prescriptions. Phone: (678) 348-7523

Georgia Cancer State Aid — Georgia Dept. of Public Health

State program funding cancer diagnostics and active treatment costs for qualifying Georgia residents. Apply through a participating hospital or radiation center.

CancerCare

Free financial assistance for transportation, home care & childcare costs. Oncology social workers help patients find additional resources. Phone: 1-800-813-4673

Patient Advocate Foundation

Resolves insurance, employment & debt crises related to a cancer diagnosis. Co-Pay Relief Program provides direct help paying for prescriptions and treatment.

Cancer Financial Assistance Coalition (CFAC)

Searchable national database linking patients to grants, utility programs, prescription assistance, and financial aid organizations.

🚗 Transportation
American Cancer Society — Road to Recovery

Free rides to and from cancer treatment using volunteer drivers. Available in Atlanta. Call several days in advance. Phone: 1-800-227-2345

Georgia Medicaid — Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)

Free transportation to medical appointments for eligible Georgia Medicaid members. Contact your Medicaid health plan to schedule.

Gwinnett County Transit (GCT)

Has raised over $20 million and awarded 570+ grants for breast cancer screening, early detection & support services across Georgia including Gwinnett County.

Jay's Hope Foundation

Supports children with cancer and their families in Georgia with meals, gas cards & temporary lodging for families receiving care at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
