Who Can Apply?

goHAM Foundation assists cancer patients in the Greater Atlanta metropolitan area, including Gwinnett County, who are experiencing financial hardship as a result of their diagnosis or treatment.

Types of Assistance We Provide

Our support is designed to reduce the financial burden so patients can focus on healing. Assistance may include help with:

Transportation Rides and travel costs to and from treatment appointments

Utility Bills Electricity, water, and gas to keep your home running

Rent or Mortgage Housing stability support so you can stay focused on healing
🛒
Grocery & Food Support Nutritional needs for you and your household during treatment

Medication Costs Prescription and out-of-pocket medication expenses

Other Treatment-Related Expenses Case-by-case support for needs not listed above

Assistance is subject to fund availability and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We require your physician's information to help verify eligibility and coordinate support. We may reach out to your care team directly.

The National Provider Identifier is a 10-digit number found on any Explanation of Benefits (EOB) or at nppes.cms.hhs.gov.

Uploading documents helps our team make a faster, more informed decision on your request. You may upload bills, a letter of need, medical statements, or any other relevant paperwork. Documents are not required to submit — you can always send them later.
